Frequently Asked Questions
How early should I make my appointment when planning my wedding?
We tend to recommend making your appointment 6 to 9 months ahead. We don’t tend to do earlier than 12 months as the brides can change their mind.
Do you do walk ins or is it per appointment only?
We are appointment only, so please contact us to make a booking.
Is there a consultation fee/do you charge for appointments?
No, we do not charge for design and quote sessions. For alteration quotes we charge $45, which come off the final price if the alteration goes ahead.
Can I bring family and friends with me to my appointment?
Yes, but we recommend no more than 3 extra people.
What should I bring to my fittings?
Make sure you bring the correct underwear to each fitting and the shoes you are planning to wear when nominated on your fittings card. You are also welcome to try jewellery on towards the final fittings as a trial run of the complete look. Some Brides even have a hair and makeup trial with their gown.
How long does the appointment take?
Generally design appointments take around an hour. For lace choosing expect an appointments to take roughly two to three hours, while fittings can take anywhere from half an hour to an hour.
Do you have on site parking?
We do not have on site parking however there is plenty of both free and paid street parking.
